Lose Weight and Keep It Off!
Diet Help Guide is the latest buzz in the “battle of the bulge”.
Since recently being studied, millions of people are praising the guide. But surprisingly, many people who struggle daily with their weight have yet to hear about this powerful guide.
Normally, I don't recommend "weight-loss" supplements, especially weight-loss supplements that claim "easy" weight loss or "fast" weight loss. As a nutritionist, I strongly believe that the key to weight loss is a healthy diet and exercise, but there are some incredible super foods that can deliver an added boost. One super food in particular, is listed in the Diet Guide, and is creating major media buzz, and the research has me truly amazed.
But it's not just thousands of everyday people claiming the fat loss effects after reading the Diet Help Guide, there is real clinical data to back up these claims.
What is Diet Help Guide?
Diet Help Guide covers everything that falls under weight loss, from diets to the latest media buzz. Included in the guide is information on
HCA which is said to inhibit the citrate lyase enzyme which is known to be an important catalyst in the metabolic process of converting excess carbohydrates into fat. Once this process is inhibited by HCA, the body's natural reaction is to increase carbohydrate oxidation which can result in drastic weight loss.
A study conducted at the Dept. of Physiology and Biophysics, Georgetown University Medical Center, shows the effectiveness of the supplement. After just 8 weeks, the results shocked the researchers.
- Participants lost up to 15 lbs
- Participants reduced body weight and BMI by 7.8% and 7.9%, respectively.
- Total cholesterol, LDL and triglyceride levels were reduced by 9.1%, 17.9% and 18.1%, respectively
- Serotonin levels increased by 50% (led to less emotional eating)
